15 En mann fant ham vandrende på markene og spurte ham: "Hva leter du etter?"

16 Han svarte: "Jeg leter etter mine brødre; kan du fortelle meg hvor de gjeter småfeet?"

Mannen sa: "De har dratt videre herfra; jeg hørte dem si: 'La oss dra til Dotan.'" Så Josef dro etter sine brødre og fant dem i Dotan.

18 Da de så ham på avstand, før han nådde dem, la de planer om å drepe ham.

19 De sa til hverandre: "Her kommer denne drømmeren!
