Beriah

21 og Sabad hans sønn, og Sjutelah hans sønn,
og Eser og Elead.
Men mennene fra Gat som var født i landet drepte dem,
fordi de kom ned for å ta deres buskap.

22 Deres far Efraim sørget i mange dager,
og hans slektninger kom for å trøste ham.

Så gikk han til sin kone, og hun ble gravid og fødte en sønn,
som han kalte Beria, fordi ulykke hadde kommet over hans hus.

24 Hans datter var Sjeera,
som grunnla Nedre og Øvre Bet-Horon, og Ussen-Sjeera.

25 Refah var hans sønn,
sammen med Resjef, Telah som ble far til, Tahan som ble far til,
