15 Sørsiden begynte ved kanten av Kirjat Jearim, og grensen strakte seg til kilden til vannet i Neftoah.
16 Grensen gikk ned til foten av høyden som vender mot Ben-Hinnoms dal, nord for Refa'im-dalen, og fortsatte ned Hinnoms dal langs den sørlige skråningen av jebusittenes by, og deretter til En Rogel.
Den dreide deretter nordover, fortsatte til En-Shemesh, fortsatte til Gelilot, motsatt oppstigningen av Adummim, og gikk ned til Bohans stein, sønn av Ruben.
18 Den fortsatte til den nordlige skråningen av Bet-Arabah og gikk ned i Arabah.
