15 Høvdingen over livvakten tok også bort ildpannene og fatene, hva som enn var av fint gull og hva som enn var av fint sølv.
16 De to pilarene, den ene sjøen, og stativene som Salomo hadde laget for Herrens hus— bronsen av alle disse karene var uten vekt.
Høyden på den ene pilaren var atten alen, og en bronsesokkel var på den; høyden på sokkelen var tre alen, med gitterverk og granatepler på sokkelen rundt omkring, alt av bronse. Og den andre pilaren var lik disse, med gitterverk.
18 Så tok høvdingen over livvakten Seraja, ypperstepresten, og Sefanja, den andre presten, og de tre dørvokterne.
19 Og fra byen tok han en embetsmann som var tilsynsmann over krigsmennene, fem av kongens rådgivere som ble funnet i byen, skriveren til hærens høvding som mønstret folkene i landet, og seksti menn av folkene i landet som ble funnet i byen.
