2 Gjør deg klar til i morgen tidlig, og stig opp på Sinai-fjellet for å tre fram for meg på toppen av fjellet.
3 Pass på at ingen følger med deg eller er synlig noe sted på fjellet; selv ikke buskapen og flokkene skal beite foran fjellet.»
Så hogg Moses ut to steintavler som de forrige, og han sto tidlig opp om morgenen og steg opp på Sinai-fjellet, slik Herren hadde befalt ham, og han bar de to steintavlene i hendene.
5 Herren steg ned i skyen og stilte seg der med ham, og han påkalte Herrens navn.
