16 Deres søstre var:
Seruja og Abiga'il.
Seruja hadde tre sønner:
Abisjai, Joab og Asael.
17 Abiga'il var mor til Amasa,
og Amasas far var Jeter, ismaelitten.
Nå hadde Kaleb, sønn av Hesron, barn med Asuba, hans kone, og med Jeriot;
og dette var hennes sønner:
Jesher, Sjobab og Ardon.
19 Da Asuba døde, giftet Kaleb seg med Efrat,
og hun fødte ham Hur.
20 Hur var far til Uri, og Uri ble far til Besalel.
